To Whom It May Concern:

It is my good fortune to have Español Para Los Niños  (Spanish for Children) teaching our After School Spanish Program at Immaculate Conception.  In my current capacity as a Principal of a K-8 school, after nine years of supervising teachers, it is apparent that Señora DeeDee  is a talented teacher as well as a caring, dependable professional.   She is impressive in her ability to relate to students as individuals, rather than as stereotyped members of a group.  She identifies their special problems, and their special strengths.  Through establishing a non-threatening atmosphere in her classroom and through recognizing each student’s unique potential, she leads her students to appreciate a subject that exposes them to a lifelong skill.  She is a motivator on all levels.

Señora DeeDee balances her personal involvement with her students by using an objective problem-solving approach that then a judgmental one when students or parents approach her.  She is willing to make decisions without trying to evade responsibility.

She is creative and flexible.  This flexibility is supported by her enthusiastic sense of curiosity.  She is conscientious about continually adding to her skills, information and understanding of people.  She is a model of lifelong learning for our community.  She is an excellent communicator, taking care of all aspects of the program – bookkeeping, scheduling , and communications.  She is careful to work within the guidelines of our after school programs and is comfortable in following procedures for curriculum approval and class management.  Her talent, ambition and drive allow me to recommend her without reservation.

Sincerely yours,

Diane M. Greco, Principal
Immaculate Conception

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is written in reference to Español Para Los Niños. Señora DeeDee has been coming to our Center to give Spanish lessons to our students since September of this year. She has been a great inspiration to our children. She is giving Spanish lessons to children as young as 2 years old and as old as 5 years old. The children look forward to her innovative ways of teaching. It is truly a blessing to watch the children’s reaction to her lessons ….. and do they linger on her every word! They have learned their Spanish so well. They even look forward to getting homework!

I would recommend  her to teach at any facility. She is quite capable and uses her creative abilities to encourage children to learn.

Respectfully,
